    FRESNO STATE -- The salaries shown are four-year college and university averages of all ranks combined for the years 2000-2001.
     The aggregated data was obtained from the
College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
     Data has been derived from reports covering 124,519 faculty members at 366 public four-year colleges and universities and 63,520 faculty members at 531 private four-year institutions
     . The figures cover full-time faculty members on 9- or 10-month contracts. A dash indicates that figures are not available.
